The company was founded by his dad Fred in 1957, and over 50 years later at the helm of the company Steve manages over 25 employees who provide both residential and commercial services to the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area.

Jake Dotson is the Director of Regional Operations Home Services for Lee Company and is responsible for sales, support and operations for regional markets where Lee Company services residential customers. He also oversees regional market expansion and development. One of his major contributions to the growth of Lee Company’s regional markets came in 2014 when he moved to Huntsville, Alabama to open home services’ first regional office. Jake has also served as a General Manager with Lee Company as well as a Service and Dispatch Manager with another HVAC company.
In addition to his leadership at Lee Company, Jake volunteers at his local church and serves as a youth sports coach. Jake attended Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. He and his wife have four children and currently reside in Franklin, Tennessee.
Dave has been a professional trainer in the plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical (PHCE) industries for over a decade. He has presented to groups ranging in size from 25 to more than 250 people, and has trained on varied topics, from field operations to call center best practices.
Dave’s 22 years of industry experience across a wide range of business operations has provided him with unique insight. He understands how both the field and office staff can and should work most effectively together, which ultimately benefit the company and the customer. Laramie Sandquist holds an undergraduate degree in business administration, an MBA in finance and risk management, and has earned several industry designations including CPCU, CLU, and ARM. Mark Pippin is co-owner of Pippin Brothers, Inc. in Lawton, OK, with his brother, Jerry. They started the company in 1978. The company started as a service business for plumbing and HVAC. At that time the company mostly just did service on that side of the business. In 1994, they started becoming more aggressive in the service department. And today it is evenly split between mechanical and service and replacement. The company has now realized that due to the low per capita income, consumer financing is the key to success.
Brooke Duncan, III
Brooke Duncan joined Adams and Reese in 1992 and is a senior member of the Labor and Employment team. Hired to build the labor and employment practice of the firm, Brooke helped it grow into the 30-plus lawyer team practicing in that area today. He also co-chairs the firm’s New Business Acceptance Committee and serves as one of the firm’s labor and employment lawyers for in-house matters.
Focusing his practice exclusively on labor and employment law, Brooke is a problem-solver for employers. This also vastly expanded employment opportunities for local workers who had been unable to break into the union-dominated hiring system. Years of litigation ensued and the client ultimately prevailed. The real achievement was the transformation of the industry for the good of the clients, their employees, and the area’s economy.
